The Feteasca Neagra, Merlot and Pinot Noir cottages feature modern equipped kitchens with full size refrigerators, electric stove and 4 burner range top and dishwasher. Each cottage is fully equipped with dishes and cutlery and high thread count bed linens and towels.

The Feteasca Neagra and Merlot cottages each have two bedrooms on the ground floor (one with a double matrimonial bed and one with two single beds) and an attic room with a double bed (and half bathroom) which can also be used as a third bedroom. The Pinot Noir cottage has one master bedroom with a double matrimonial bed on the ground floor and a large open loft area with half bathroom and double bed which can be used as a second bedroom for adults or children (total 2 bedrooms). All of houses are eco certified by the Romanian Green Building Council, meaning they were designed and built to the highest standards of energy efficiency and comfort.

Each house has thermopane windows and exterior doors and is fully air conditioned and heated in the winter with modern and energy efficient Mitsubishi air-to-air heat pump system with separate thermostats in each room. There is also an underfloor electric heating system which keeps the houses extra warm in the winter and this system also has separate thermostats for independent temperature control in each room. All cottages feature functional wood burning stoves in the living room to enjoy during cold winter evenings while watching television.
Entertainment includes cable connected UHD flat screen televisions in the living room, and HD tvs in each of the bedrooms and upstairs attic/loft areas.
Full internet and high speed wi-fi connectivity is available in each house.
The fixtures, furnishing and fit out are unique in each of the three cottages, being fully designed and mostly custom made in consultation with a leading Romania interior designer.
Each house has a private 10 x 2 sq.m. covered terrace with table and seating area for entertaining and enjoying the views of the valley, overlooking the edge less 40 sq.m. swimming pool and separate children’s wading pool area. Guests can also relax in the six person in ground Jacuzzi with separate seating area.
All guests have access to the comfortable barbecue area for evening meal preparation and dining.
Guests will receive a welcome basket upon check-in which contains snacks and a complementary bottle of our own Jardine Hills wine.
A breakfast is included (please confirm with our concierge Mr. Gigi Gales when you would like breakfast brought to your cottage) and if desired, you can also make special arrangements directly with Mr. Gigi Gales to prepare some delicious local specialties for you.
Otherwise guests are responsible for their own meals, either self-catering, in the fully equipped cottage kitchens or group meals in our outdoor barbecue area. Dining at the nearby restaurant Ferma Dacilor is also a popular option.
We also have an onsite shop (in the basement of the Pinot Noir cottage) where you can buy basic necessities or Jardine Hills wine and we accept all major credit card payments with our P.O.S.
Laundry facilities are also available upon request, for an additional charge.
